The property is newly decorated with a few nice antiques included in the furnishings.
Living rooms at Garnwen
The kitchen is equiped with fridge, cooker, dishwasher and washer/drier. Also all other sundries crockery, cooking things cutlery etc. An ironing board and iron is provided if wanted.
The 4 bedrooms at Garnwen
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. All bedding is included and towels but not beach towels. There is a bathroom with a double shower and bath.
A double sofa bed downstairs will sleep 2 more.
Facilities
There is Wifi and a HD 3D TV with Sky+. Use of a land line phone is included excluding calls abroad and premium numbers.
The outside
To the front of the house is a gravelled area to sit and look at the view. There is a barbeque available for guests to use.

This is the small annex that I live in when I am not at work (I work all over the country).
